Delivery Time And Cost

As part of our service we offer free postage and packing on orders of £39.99 or over within the UK.   For orders under £39.99 we charge a fee of £3.95 for Royal Mail First Class, recorded delivery. 

For Europe we work on the following:-

5-10 working days from the despatch of order for the normal service with a cost of £6.95 per order.

 

For the rest of the world we work on the following:-

5-10 working days from the despatch of order for the normal service with a cost of £14.95 per order.

 

All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail and should you require clarification on (for example) what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods and a signature is required please contact the carrier direct.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on our lingerie and hosiery items.

Certain Fabrics reflect light differently, depending on lighting conditions, resulting in potential variations in appearance shown on the website.  Therefore Colours depicted should only be used as a guideline.

Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods and any returns must be received by us within that period.  Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however replacement items will not be charged again for delivery.  Charges for postage on returned goods will be borne by the sender and when posting goods it is advisable to keep the proof of posting.
