Delivery Time And Cost

At Interknickersplus.com we carry considerable stocks of our products with over 500 lines in stock at any one time. However there may be products that we are unable to ship within 24 hours and therefore we offer our customers the opportunity to order from us in a given time frame for delivery.
 
These are:-
  • 7-14 Days
  • 14-21 Days
This allows you to order any of our lines in the knowledge that they will be delivered to your door within a maximum of 21 Days. We will continue to strive to work with our suppliers to ensure that we have all our products in stock for immediate delivery.
 
As part of our service we offer free postage and packing on orders of £35 or over within the UK.   For orders under £35 we charge a fee of £2.95 for Royal Mail First Class, parcel post. 
 
For Europe we work on the following:-
5-10 working days from the despatch of order for the normal service with a cost of £5.00 per order.  We can also offer an express service to be delivered in 3-5 working days at a charge of £10.00 per order.
For the rest of the world we work on the following:-

5-10 working days from the despatch of order for the normal service with a cost of £10.00 per order.  We can also offer an express service to be delivered in 3-5 working days at a charge of £17.50 per order.

All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail and should you require clarification on (for example) what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods and a signature is required please contact the carrier direct.

We offer a 100% returns guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have received, we will exchange them or refund you, provided that you return them in the original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.  For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hosiery items if the pack has been opened.

Certain Fabrics reflect light differently, depending on lighting conditions, resulting in potential variations in appearance shown on the website.  Therefore Colours depicted should only be used as a guideline.

Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods and any returns must be received by us within that period.  Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however replacement items will not be charged again for delivery.  Charges for postage on returned goods will be borne by the sender and when posting goods it is advisable to keep the proof of posting.
